Haley grew up in New York with vintage and fashion in her blood—her grandmother owned a clothing shop in Washington, D.C. and later designed her own clothing line. After a career spanning restaurants, retail, hospitality and caregiving, Haley found Neon Soul first as a customer, then as the creator of Moondog, and eventually as a partner. She brings a love of beautiful objects, making things by hand and, perhaps most importantly, creating a place where people feel welcome to come in, hang out and be inspired.
